What You Need to Know Before Enrolling
These policies are in place to honor your investment, protect your progress, and ensure that every client receives the focused, intentional support this work requires.
Payment & Refunds
All coaching payments are non-refundable once a program has begun. Payment plan installments must be completed as scheduled. Enrolling in a program is a commitment to yourself — and to the work.
Rescheduling Sessions
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' advance notice. Sessions missed without 24-hour notice are forfeited and will not be rescheduled. Life happens — but notice is required to honor everyone's time.
Program Pause
A one-time program pause may be considered at the coach's discretion in the event of a documented emergency or significant life circumstance. Pauses are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.
Pre-Start Cancellations
If cancellation is requested before the program start date, a future credit may be applied toward a future program on a case-by-case basis. No cash refunds will be issued. We encourage you to honor the commitment you made to yourself before withdrawing.

Is coaching faith-based?
Yes. Every coaching track is grounded in biblical truth and guided by faith. That said, the sessions are also deeply practical. You will leave with real tools, real strategies, and real next steps — not just inspiration.
How are sessions conducted?
All coaching sessions are conducted virtually via video call. Session links and scheduling details are provided after your inquiry is reviewed and your package is confirmed.
What is the difference between the two offers?
The Identity Healing offer (From What Happened to Who God Says You Are) focuses on releasing trauma, rebuilding identity in Christ, and walking out of past pain into present purpose. The Purpose-to-Fulfillment Roadmap focuses on clarifying calling, building structure, and developing the practical foundation for the work God has placed in your hands. Many clients work through Identity Healing first and then move into the Purpose-to-Fulfillment Roadmap as the calling sharpens.
How do I get started?

Do you offer group coaching?
Yes. Group coaching is a guided experience where a small group of women (typically 5–10) come together to grow, heal, and develop in a supportive, faith-centered environment. Each session includes teaching, discussion, and practical application. Sessions are live and typically 60–90 minutes. Contact us for current group coaching availability.
Are coaching payments refundable?
All coaching payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of coaching and the time reserved specifically for each client, refunds are not issued once a program has begun.
Can I reschedule a session?
Yes. Clients may reschedule with at least 24-hour notice. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are forfeited and will not be rescheduled.
Can I pause my coaching program?
