From Survival to Purpose
Ceola J. Griffin's story did not begin in a spotlight — it began in survival. Like so many of the women she now serves, she walked through seasons of pain, identity loss, and uncertainty. But through her faith in God and a willing heart to do the hard work of healing, she discovered that her story was not a liability — it revealed her strength and ultimately, her purpose.
What Ceola once viewed as a story of pain gave birth to The Ceola J. Collective — a purposeful ecosystem of 12 brands built to serve women and communities at every level of life. From coaching and speaking, to skin care, gift baskets, event planning, interior design, media production, and nonprofit work, Ceola has built an organization that reflects what she believes wholeheartedly: saying yes to purpose is a daily decision.
As a speaker, her platforms have ranged from intimate women's gatherings to full conferences and church stages. As a coach, she has guided women through the three signature tracks of her coaching practice — healing, transformation, and purpose-driven execution. As a media producer, author, and entrepreneur, she continues to expand the reach of a message that will not be silenced.
Ceola is the author of I Know It Was the Blood: A Story of Overcoming — a book she wrote to transparently share her testimony, which has proven relatable with women across the country. Her writing, speaking, and coaching all carry the same thread: Your Past Does Not Destroy Your Destiny.
