Ceola coaches through biblical principles, lived experience, classroom study, practical strategy, and intentional accountability. Every engagement is personalized to the client's goals and current season.
This work is not about Ceola telling you who to become or determining Father God's purpose for your life. It is designed to help you recognize what you already carry, strengthen your clarity, develop an actionable plan, and move forward faithfully.

Kingdom Coaching provides two paths based on what the client is ready to clarify, develop, or build. Both paths are personalized, faith-based, forward-focused, and available by application.
Kingdom Identity & Purpose
Kingdom Identity & Purpose is for women who want to strengthen their understanding of who they are in Christ, gain clarity concerning their gifts and direction, and move forward with greater intention.

The Kingdom Builder Framework provides a consistent foundation while allowing every coaching engagement to be personalized to the client, her goals, and the work she believes Father God has entrusted to her.

What has Father God entrusted to you? What problem are you equipped to address, and whom are you prepared to serve?

What practical strategy, structure, resources, and priorities will support the assignment?

What must be learned, developed, practiced, or completed before the vision can move forward responsibly?

4 Weeks
Best for: One focused goal, decision, or area requiring clarity and a practical next-step plan.

Approved payment-plan options may be discussed during the fit process. All payment plans must be completed as scheduled.

Lived Experience and Continued Study
Ceola brings lived experience, certified coaching preparation, and continued academic study into the coaching partnership. She does not present herself as a therapist or clinical professional.

Kingdom Coaching brings faith, prayer, practical tools, planning, and accountability together so clients can take responsible action toward their goals.
A Confidential Coaching Partnership
Coaching conversations are treated with care and discretion within the limits described in the coaching agreement. Clients are expected to participate honestly and responsibly.
Personalized Support
No two clients, goals, or coaching engagements are identical. The path, service level, action plan, and accountability structure are personalized to the client's approved coaching objective.
Coaching Has a Defined Scope.
Kingdom Coaching is a faith-based coaching service focused on identity, purpose, personal development, goal setting, strategy, implementation, and accountability. It is not therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, or a substitute for care from a licensed mental-health, medical, legal, or financial professional.
Clients experiencing significant emotional distress, unresolved concerns requiring clinical care, a mental-health crisis, or circumstances outside the scope of coaching may be encouraged to seek support from an appropriately licensed professional before beginning or continuing the program.
Ceola does not diagnose conditions, provide clinical treatment, determine Father God's will for a client, or guarantee personal, spiritual, professional, or financial outcomes.
What You Need to Know Before Enrolling
These policies are in place to honor your investment, protect your progress, and ensure that every client receives the focused, intentional support this work requires.
Payment & Refunds
All coaching payments are non-refundable once a program has begun. Payment-plan installments must be completed as scheduled. Enrolling in a program is a commitment to yourself — and to the work.
Rescheduling Sessions
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' advance notice. Sessions missed without the required notice are forfeited and will not be rescheduled. Life happens — but notice is required to honor everyone's time.
Program Pause
A one-time pause may be considered at Ceola's discretion in the event of a documented emergency or significant life circumstance. Pauses are not guaranteed and are evaluated individually.
Pre-Start Cancellation
If cancellation is requested before the program begins, a future credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis. No cash refunds will be issued.
Client Responsibility
The client remains responsible for her decisions, participation, assigned work, and implementation. Coaching does not guarantee a particular personal, professional, spiritual, business, or financial result.
Professional Boundaries
Kingdom Coaching does not replace licensed mental-health, medical, legal, financial, or other professional services. If professional referral is appropriate, it will be discussed within the coaching engagement.

Who is Kingdom Coaching designed for?

Is Kingdom Coaching therapy or counseling?
No. Kingdom Coaching is a faith-based coaching service. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, trauma, depression, anxiety, or other clinical concerns, and it is not a substitute for licensed care.
Is coaching faith-based?
Yes. Kingdom Coaching incorporates biblical principles, prayer, practical strategy, planning, and accountability. Ceola does not claim to determine Father God's will for the client.
What is the difference between the two coaching paths?
Kingdom Identity & Purpose focuses on identity in Christ, clarity, personal development, and forward movement. Kingdom Building focuses on organizing, developing, and implementing a business, ministry, nonprofit, educational, professional, media, writing, speaking, or creative goal.
What is the difference between the three service levels?
Foundation provides four weeks of focused support for one defined goal. Transformation provides eight weeks for deeper clarity and structured implementation. Elevation provides twelve weeks of expanded strategy, execution, and accountability for more substantial objectives.
How are sessions conducted?
All coaching sessions are conducted virtually via video call. Scheduling details and session links are provided after the application is reviewed, the fit conversation is completed, and the program is confirmed.
How do I get started?
Submit your inquiry using the form below. Ceola personally reviews every application to determine fit, then schedules a brief fit conversation to discuss your goals, recommend the appropriate path and service level, and outline next steps. Once the fit conversation is complete and the program agreement is signed, payment is collected and sessions are scheduled.
Do you offer group coaching?
Kingdom Coaching is currently offered as 1:1 coaching only. If a group coaching program becomes available, it will be announced through Ceola's newsletter and social channels.
Are payments refundable?
